Where practical, source, schemas, tests and release-evidence machinery should be inspectable rather than hidden behind an opaque service.
Design for recovery
Failures and interruptions are expected. Preserve user-owned work and provide bounded recovery paths.
Publish narrower claims
Do not turn internal qualification into certification, store availability or adoption evidence.
