v0.50.0 establishes the first public RuleOak source/release line. It is a developer preview focused on explicit authority, one-use execution, effect verification, local evidence and evidence-bound retry.

ExecutionLease. EffectReceipt, Effect Profiles and retry disposition.- MCP stdio and Streamable HTTP boundaries for documented supported behavior.
