Keep the station playing
Playback recovery stays within the same station identity. Release catalogues reject silent or undecodable streams instead of silently substituting unrelated audio.
Keep ordinary listening local-first
Favourites, history, appearance choices, routines and Radio Passport data are designed to remain on the device unless a feature explicitly requires network access.

What OakWave does not promise
- A station may be offline, geo-restricted, authenticated, DRM-protected or changed by its broadcaster.
- OakWave does not bypass broadcaster restrictions or claim ownership of broadcaster audio, names, logos or trademarks.
- “Official” and “strong provenance” are evidence labels, not a guarantee that a broadcaster permits redistribution or every form of embedding.
- Lifetime Pro removes RuleOak-inserted ads; it cannot remove advertising already present inside a broadcaster's stream.
Transparency matters: station provenance, privacy, purchase terms, correction channels and takedown procedures are published separately so product marketing does not replace the underlying policy details.
