Station, stream, artwork and open-source provenance used by OakWave.
Station information
OakWave combines curated launch records, official broadcaster references and live public station-directory results. Each entry is normalized to a stable display identity. Directory inclusion does not establish ownership or endorsement.
Playback sources
Streams are supplied and controlled by broadcasters or their hosting providers. RuleOak stores or discovers stream URLs to enable playback but does not retransmit the audio through a RuleOak backend. Availability, geographic restrictions, codec support and scheduling remain under third-party control.
Artwork
Artwork must have a documented source and usage basis in the project’s artwork-rights registry. Where reliable rights information is unavailable, the app should use a generated or neutral presentation rather than an unverified logo.
Open-source software
The Android application uses AndroidX, Jetpack Compose, Media3, OkHttp, Coil, Google Play Billing, Play Core, Install Referrer and other libraries. Complete notices are distributed with the source and release materials.
Corrections
Send corrections or rights requests through the takedown process. Include an official station website or another authoritative source.
