Station and Rights Takedown
How broadcasters and rights holders can request station, stream, metadata or artwork corrections and removals.
What can be reported
- Incorrect station identity, country, language or broadcaster attribution.
- A stream that belongs to another broadcaster.
- Logo, artwork or metadata used without authorization.
- A station that has closed, moved or requested removal.
- Trademark, copyright, privacy or other rights concerns.
How to submit
Email hello@ruleoak.com with subject OakWave takedown request. Include your name and role, the station name and country, the exact app listing or URL, the requested action, supporting official evidence and a reliable contact method.
Process
RuleOak may temporarily suppress a listing while checking evidence, contact the source or broadcaster, correct metadata, replace artwork, remove a stream or decline an unsupported request. We may ask for proof of authority. Personal information is used only to assess and document the request, subject to legal retention obligations.
No admission
A correction or removal is not an admission of wrongdoing. The goal is accurate attribution, lawful presentation and prompt risk reduction.
