Terms governing personal use, third-party radio streams, Google Play purchases and service availability.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using OakWave, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Stop using the app if you do not agree.
2. Service
The app helps discover and play internet-radio streams supplied by independent broadcasters and directories. RuleOak does not create, edit or control live broadcast content and does not guarantee that a station, stream, schedule, logo or metadata will remain available or accurate.
3. Permitted use
You may use the app for lawful personal listening. You must not use it to infringe rights, circumvent geographic or technical restrictions, interfere with services, redistribute streams unlawfully, scrape the service at abusive rates or misrepresent affiliation with RuleOak or a broadcaster.
4. Third-party services and content
Broadcaster streams, station websites, artwork, Google Play and external links are governed by their owners’ terms. RuleOak does not bypass access controls. A listing is not an endorsement, partnership or guarantee.
5. Purchases
Lifetime Pro is sold by Google Play as a one-time in-app product. The localized price and applicable taxes are shown by Google Play before confirmation. Purchase, refund, chargeback and account processes are governed by Google Play. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
6. Free and paid capabilities
Essential radio listening remains available without purchase. Lifetime Pro unlocks the capabilities described in the current paywall. Features may evolve, but a paid entitlement will not be silently converted into a recurring subscription.
7. Availability and updates
Streams can fail or be restricted without notice. App updates may correct security, compatibility, policy or catalogue issues. Google Play may provide flexible or immediate updates where appropriate.
8. Intellectual property
The RuleOak name, app interface and original software are protected by applicable law. Station names, logos, broadcasts and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimers
The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. RuleOak does not warrant uninterrupted access, a particular station catalogue, broadcast accuracy or suitability of third-party content.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuleOak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from third-party streams, network conditions, device configuration or use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Suspension
Access may be limited where required to address abuse, security, legal obligations or store policy. Local data recovery access is preserved where reasonably possible.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
